The Arnold Palmer Invitational Covered by Yours Truly (SC Golf)

Everyone knows that Arnold Palmer is one of the most influential and, most definitely, one of the best golfers of all time. We also know that the Arnold Palmer Invitational is one of the most exciting events to take place at Arnold Palmer’s very own Bay Hill Golf Course. Never-the-less, one cannot truly appreciate his talent and ability unless you watch him play against other golfer of the same caliber.

Last night I watched one of the Golf Channels classic reels and, of course, the featured golfer was Arnold Palmer. To be honest, I do not know what tournament he was competing in because I was half asleep but it was quite remarkable to watch him play. I was also amazed at how much golf reporting has changed in the world of golf. Back in the day they did not show the golfers as much as they do today but rather the sports caster instead.

Friday was an exhilarating day at the Arnold palmer invitational. In fact, many of the world’s best golfers brought more than their A game. There was a four way tie leaving Ben Curtis, Ernie Els, Davis Love III, and D.J. Trahan in the first position. Tomorrow should prove to be just as thrilling. One thing is for sure, this will be a close race to the finish line.
